Job Description:
Data Analyst

1.Candidate should possess A Graduate in any discipline
2.Excellent communication skills is required
3.Proficiency in English Language written and verbal both
4.Additional language skills considered an substantial advantage
5.Prior Customer service experience is a must with minimum 1 Year of experience
6.Experience with supporting customers through email and live chat process will be highly recommended
7.Practical Knowledge of Service Now system preferred
8.Customer centric mind set and expertise in escalation/governance handling is required
9.Excellent analytical skills. Strong situation analysis and decision making abilities
10.Basic SQL knowledge considered to be an advantage
11.ITIL awareness considered an asset.
